With my colleague Stephen Douglas, I am offering a bi-weekly psychotherapy group in Toronto. This may benefit individuals wishing to deepen their self-awareness, recognize discrepancies between their inner experience and outer presentation, experiment with both self-acceptance and change toward the goal of fully engaging life in the moment.

Sons and Mothers: A Gestalt Workshop for Men
This workshop will provide experiences to assist you in accessing both the memories and emotional impact of your mother. Whether your mother is alive or not, this workshop can help you examine your perspective on this most important relationship.
