This ongoing group meets weekly on Wednesday mornings from 9:30 to 11:15. The purpose of this therapy group is to provide you with an opportunity for self-examination in the presence of your peers and to promote personal growth and emotional well-being. Registration is continual and you can join at any time.

This is a group for anyone who is feeling stuck and bogged down and who would like to resume living and find some excitement and satisfaction in their life.
